Qualification: Bachelor degree in computer science.

Experience: 2-5 years of experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepare the Design, Interface and look and feel of the websites & web applications.
 Develop and maintain the UI architecture with coding standard.
 Graphics Designing (using Adobe Creative Suite and Corel tools) for logos, banners, announcements … etc.
 Develops site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists, designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
 HTML Conversion of Graphics.
 ASP.NET
 SEO
 JavaScript / jQuery / bootstrap.
 Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
 Testing & Debugging Design Issues with different internet browsers.
 Maintaining and checking accessibility of website & web applications.
 Perform other activities and duties such as PMU website content modifications.
 Develops site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content.
 Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results, identifying and evaluating improvement options, introducing new technology, maintaining links.
 Design sample page layouts including text size and colors.
 Search engine optimization.
 Editing content, debugging code and re-designing web pages.
 Testing the website to ensure it is working.
 Arabic Speaker is preferred.
 May provide technical computer support and install software programs.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
 Ability to create and produce web materials using a range of methods, techniques, and equipment.
 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
 Ability to analyze graphic and technical information and create interpretive illustrations.
 Ability to analyze and interpret user web requirements.
 Ability to develop print and/or reproduction specifications.
 Budget development and management skills as related to the production of new digital or traditional media communications.
 Excellent writing skills for publishing research work.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Knowledge of principles and practices of web design.
 Knowledge of graphic layout and photographic requirements and procedures.
 Skills in the utilization of specified computerized web design programs.
 Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements.
 Knowledge of printing and/or reproduction processes and techniques.
 Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
