We are seeking a results-driven SaaS sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise-level engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B SaaS products to large enterprises and a strong passion for digital transformation in procurement or supply chain domains. This role offers an opportunity to lead national sales efforts, drive new business, and contribute to strategic revenue growth.

We are looking for an accomplished professional to spearhead enterprise sales operations for India. This role focuses on new business acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue growth for a global leader in procurement and supply chain management software. The position requires developing go-to-market strategies, mentoring sales teams, and building strong executive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute winning sales strategies aligned with global business goals.
Drive aggressive revenue targets through new customer acquisition and market expansion.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on accountability and results.
Engage with C-level executives, positioning the organization as a leader in digital procurement transformation.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline visibility, and effective account planning.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to strengthen market positioning.
Build long-term partnerships with key enterprise clients and decision-makers.
Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile
15+ years in sales leadership, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software (B2B).
Experience in procurement or supply chain management software is a strong advantage.
Proven record of building, managing, and scaling successful enterprise sales teams.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment.
