About the Job/Role Overview: 

We are looking for a talented UI/UX designer to shape the next generation of brands, features, and experiences for our products. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience who has a strong understanding of brand design and digital creative needs. You'll work closely with the marketing and product teams to craft visuals for ad campaigns, product communication, and social media shaping the visual identity of a fast-growing organization. The right candidate will be passionate about turning complex and powerful tools into empowering experiences. Love designing workflows for exploring large and complex datasets. Love building visual designs for brands from scratch. 

What You’ll Do: 

● Create engaging designs for digital ads, social media, website visuals, emailers, and more. 

● Develop visually appealing graphics for our website, including product images, banners, promotional materials, and social media assets. 

● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions. 

● Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions. 

● Collaborate with marketing and content teams to visualize campaign ideas and product features. 

● Translate complex information into clean, easy-to-understand designs (infographics, illustrations). 

● Ensure consistency across all visuals by following brand guidelines. 

● Create appealing and emotionally engaging visual concepts. 

● Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to deliver high-quality creatives. 

● Understand and implement UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and platform specific design guidelines. 

● Adapt designs for various digital platforms to maximize impact across our online presence. 

● Working on layouts for web pages. 

● Be able to work well under deadlines and handle multiple, competing tasks, priorities and projects. 

● Ability to work well independently under limited supervision. 

What we’re looking for: 

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 

● Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects. 

● Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

● Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. 

● Ability to work well independently under limited supervision. 

● Creative mindset with a curiosity to learn and use GenAI design tools. 

● Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

● Experience with 3D tools like Blender or Spline, and an interest in AI-generated images and videos. 

● Solid understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to work within and expand them effectively. 

● Strong grasp of typography, layout, spacing, and colour usage, with attention to design fundamentals. Hands-on experience with motion design for product and interface animations. 

Required Qualification: Degree in Fine Arts or bachelor’s degree in design
