Job Title: Turnkey Project Head – Steel Industry
Location: Jagnagar
CTC: Up to ₹50 Lakhs annually
Company Overview:
A reputed organization in the steel industry is looking for an experienced Turnkey Project Head to lead and manage complete project execution from inception to commissioning. 

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of turnkey projects in the steel industry.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within cost, and meet quality standards.
Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective actions.
Handle client coordination, project documentation, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
Ensure safety and statutory norms across project sites.
Candidate Requirements:
12–20 years of experience in turnkey project execution within steel, metal, or heavy engineering industries.
Strong knowledge of industrial project management and execution strategies.
Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading teams.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 

Education:
BE or BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
