Excellent Opportunity in a leading Interior EPC company for Team Lead-Costing & Estimation Position for Andheri Mumbai Location

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 8 plus years of experience in a similar field.

  • Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering/Diploma in Interior Designing. Other Graduation degrees

  • Prior experience working in Design Build Fit out Industry would be an added advantage

 

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

•Software skills include AutoCAD, MS Office and MSP.

 

KEY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead in preparing cost estimates, budgets, risk evaluation & value management for Project pitches.

  • Lead in complete estimation of BOQ for tender pitches with proper process.

  • Lead in closing the entire project from enquiry to project award confirmation.

  • Preparing BOQ’s with specifications in accordance with the Design (D&B project).

  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

  • Coordinating with Material/MEP vendors for current market prices in accordance with Designs/Drawing/BOQ’s (familiar with Market Rates).

  • Quantification of finishing works in accordance with BOQ, Drawings & Site.

  • Analyzing quotes received & preparing cost comparatives for MEP & civil works

  • Coordination for Preparing /Providing the PQ documents as per project requirement to PMC/Client.

  • Liaising with clients & Sub-contractors during the Pre-bid & negotiation meetings.

  • Coordinate Initial Site Survey reports, Feasibility & due diligence reports for Design & build projects.

  • Preparing the Rate analysis for all scope of work as required.

  • Preparing the Project Master Schedule (level-1) with major milestones (MSP).

  • Negotiations with clients & vendors.

  • Attending Pre Bid Meetings/Site Surveys etc.

  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.

  •  

  • Good Communication & Presentation skills.

  • Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel.

  • Handling Team Effectively with proper coordination & communication.
