Designation: – Talent Acquisition Specialist / Associate Recruiter
Job Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Type of job: Full Time (WFO only)
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Postgraduate
Work Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days working)
- Design and update job description descriptions
- Source potential candidates from online channels like Naukri.com, Times Jobs, Shine.com, Instahyre, LinkedIn, etc.
- Taking care of Complete IT & Non-IT (technical Profile & non-technical profile) Recruitment i.e. PHP Developer, UI/UX Designer, IT Infrastructure, Digital Marketing, Content writer, Technical content writer, Lead generation executive, Lead generation manager, SEO strategist, SEO executive, Business development executive, Business development manager, Manual testing.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Taking Telephonic and face to face interviews, salary negotiation of the shortlisted candidate.
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on Job portals and social platforms. (hirist.com, iimsjobs.com, Instahyre, LinkedIn, Times Jobs, shine and such other portals)
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Verification of shortlisted candidates, document formalities.
- Maintain the database of candidates turned up for interview.
- Assist seniors in fun activities and other operations.
