We are hiring for one of our esteemed CIJ manufacturing client for Service Engineer position based out of Ghaziabad.

• Location:Vaishali, Ghaziabad

• Experience: 2+ yrs

• Position: Permanent 

Job Description:

• Attending service calls upon assignment.

• Proactive follow up of preventive maintenance calendar.

• Providing tele support to customers.

• Coordinating with Technical Department to resolve issues 

• On Time AMC renewals and timely replacement of maintenance consumables. 

• Minimize service turnaround time. 

• Customer centric service approach with no time restriction. 

• Proactive spares replacement before critical breakdown occurs. 

• Pre-Sales technical report after site survey for new applications / opportunities. 

• Maintaining records of service visits with clear descriptions of actions taken. 

• Verifying the customer stock and reminding them to procure the consumables. 

• Supporting the collection team to follow up with customers if any pending payments as needed from time to time. 

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports

• Manage, develop, coach and coordinate to develop the required skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly target and KPI target are met

JOB Specification:

• Experience: 

• Minimum 2 yrs of experience in Service Field (Preferable Experience in Coding & Marking Printers - CIJ, TIJ, DOD, TTO & Laser, Printing & Packaging Industries) 

• Applicable knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures

• Gender: Male

• Education: Any Diploma / Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical & Mechatronics 

• Software: Proficiency in MS – Office / Open Office  

• Personality: 

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills 

• Communication skills in English, Hindi & Regional language, High Level written skills in English

• Proactive planning, multi-tasking capability and problem-solving attitude

• Profile demands frequent travelling and up to 80% of the month
