Educational Qualifications
-
B-TEC in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of HEPA filters, FFU systems, cleanroom classifications, HVAC and air filtration technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Strong commercial acumen and customer-focused approach.

Leadership capability with experience in managing and developing sales teams.

Excellent analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Promote and sell HEPA Filters, FFUs, Cleanroom Equipment, and Air Filtration Products. ➢ Develop territory-wise sales plans and annual business strategies.

Generate new business through direct sales, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs, and channel partners.
-
Manage key customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
-
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.
-
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, sales pipeline reports, and business reviews for management.
-
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging opportunities.
-
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars, and networking events.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and quality standards.
-
Maintain accurate customer data and sales activities using CRM software.
