Handle recruitment of Sales Representatives/Executives, Setting of Sales Objective, Coaching, and performance monitoring.

Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price in relation to supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports

Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Sales Field (Preferable Experience in Coding & Marking Printers - CIJ, TIJ, DOD, TTO & Laser, Printing & Packaging Industries)

Applicable knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures

Education: Any Degree in Marketing & Business Administration or Professional Degree – B.E, B.Tech, M.B.A & M.E
