Experience: 8+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving regional sales growth for the assigned Division, managing the sales team, developing distributor networks, and ensuring strong customer relationships within the sector.

Lead and manage sales operations within the assigned region.

Achieve regional sales targets and monitor performance metrics.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends.

Support and guide the team in achieving their goals.

Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and competitor analysis.
