Key Responsibilities
Process & Compliance
Conduct online inspections at all processes, ensuring compliance with SOPs.
Identify deviations in processes and products during studies and escalate to senior personnel for corrective action.
Follow up on actions taken and report updated findings.
Conduct inspections/testing at all stages (inward, online, and final) are carried out systematically as per sampling plan.
Release products after final inspection.
Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) to ensure proper compliance.
Ensure adherence to GMP and GDP practices.
Quality Monitoring & Reporting
Conduct studies as per QA-Heads guidance and ensure all running batches are covered.
Report findings of studies and highlight major concerns such as pending non-conformities, actions, or other pending works on a daily basis.
Inspect products with product safety as the prime concern.
Inspect packing materials and identify printing-related defects.
Verify work culture in production and packing areas and report deviations affecting quality.
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for every dispatch.
Record & Sample Management
Update and maintain records properly to ensure data integrity.
Ensure retained samples are stored and maintained as per procedure.
Dispose of records and samples after the retention period.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with Production Head to ensure quality standards and analysis.
Assist QA-Head in additional studies.
Requirements
Qualification
B.Sc (preferably in Chemistry) OR
Graduate/Diploma from CIPET OR Printing OR
Equivalent qualifications.

Experience
1 to 3 years in Quality Department/Inspection.
Preferably from the Flexible Packaging Industry.
Skills Required
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Strong communication and leadership qualities.
Excellent follow-up with concerned departments.
Basic computer knowledge.
