Designation: Purchase Executive/Incharge  position

Location:Jasola, New Delhi.

Experience: 0 to 2 yrs

Position: Permanent

Educational background: Engineer electronics or diploma electronic and electrical

Experience & Skills Required

1. Forecast material requirements in coordination with production.

2. Monitor price fluctuations, and economic conditions to anticipate demand and optimize costs.

3. Supplier & Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and compliance criteria.

• Maintain an updated database of approved vendors and track performance metrics.

• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers.

4. Participate in negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and annual rate revisions.

5. Resolve supplier disputes and manage claims or returns as needed.

6. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, budgets, and internal controls.

7. Inventory & Cost Control

• Coordinate with inventory control to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
