Position Overview
The Project Director will serve as the technical and delivery leader for IBS’s Project Management Consultancy services. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and schedule monitoring across multiple projects while acting as the primary technical interface for clients and
consultants.
The Project Director plays a key role in ensuring IBS delivers high-quality project management services that meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Governance & Leadership

Lead the technical oversight of all PMC assignments.

Establish project management frameworks and delivery standards.

Provide strategic guidance to project teams.
Client Interface
-
Act as the primary technical contact for project owners.

Conduct project review meetings with clients and stakeholders.

Provide progress reports and strategic updates.

Project Planning & Execution Oversight
Oversee preparation of:
o Project schedules
o Cost control plans
o Procurement strategies
o Risk management frameworks

Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
Design & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with:
o Architects
o Structural engineers
o MEP consultants
o Contractors

Ensure design documentation aligns with project execution.
Cost & Schedule Control
-
Monitor project budgets and contractor claims.

Identify risks affecting schedule or cost.
-
Implement mitigation measures.
Quality Assurance
-
Establish quality standards and monitoring frameworks.

Conduct periodic quality reviews and audits.
Key Performance Indicators

Required Qualifications
-
B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
-
12–18 years of experience in construction project management

Experience managing large infrastructure or real estate projects

Strong understanding of project planning tools.
