We are hiring for one of our esteemed Client who is based in a West African country in the power sector field for the below mentioned position.

• Designation:  Project / Construction Manager

• Location: Kerala

• Experience: 10 to 15 yrs

• Position: Permanent 

• Qualification:BE in Electrical Engineering

Purpose of the Role

To plan and execute EPC projects at designated state locations, managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships. The role demands hands-on project leadership with full accountability for on-ground delivery, quality, safety, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•  Plan and execute projects as per defined timelines and budget

•  Manage site teams and subcontractors

•  Coordinate with clients and consultants

•  Monitor progress and resolve on-site issues

•  Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards

•  Prepare project schedules and MIS reports

•  Coordinate for all reviews and approvals

•  Ensure timely completion of MBC (Measurement Book Certification) and billing

Desired Candidate Profile

•  Experience in Power Distribution / EPC / Electrical Infrastructure sector (preferably in the respective state)

•  Familiarity with electrical system design and engineering concepts

•  Knowledge of local governing bodies, utilities, and regulations

•  Firsthand experience in subcontractor management and inventory management

•  Proven ability in payment follow-up with clients

•  Working experience in Utility / DISCOM projects (RDSS / IPDS) is strongly preferred.
