Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Plant Director to lead end-to-end plant operations with full responsibility for manufacturing performance, operational excellence, safety, quality, and strategic growth initiatives. The role will oversee large-scale operations, drive productivity enhancement, and ensure world-class manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for overall plant management.
• Drive manufacturing excellence across production, maintenance, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Lead capacity planning, process optimization, and plant performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage plant P&L, cost optimization, and capital expenditure planning.
• Drive lean transformation, automation, and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead large cross-functional teams and develop strong leadership pipelines.
• Support expansion, modernization, and strategic growth projects.

Ideal Profile

• 18+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, with significant plant management exposure.
• Strong track record in leading large-scale operations and driving operational turnaround.
• Expertise in Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing systems.
• Proven people leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic execution capabilities.
