We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is into edible oil manufacturing  for the below mentioned position.

Designation: Packaging Section Head

 Location: Beechwal Industrial Area, Bikaner, Rajasthan

Experience: 3+ yrs

Position: Permanent

Experience: 3 plus Years (Edible Oil / FMCG Experience Mandatory)

About the Role: We are a leading edible oil manufacturer in Bikaner looking for a Packaging Section Head to take full ownership of our packaging lines. You will lead the team, manage high-speed packing machinery (Pouch/Tin/Jar), and ensure the right product reaches the market on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Production Planning: Plan daily/weekly packaging targets based on sales orders to ensure 100% dispatch fulfillment.

2.Floor Management: Oversee operations of edible oil filling lines (1L Pouches, 15kg Tins, 5LJars, 1L Bottles). Ensure minimum downtime and high efficiency.

3.Material Planning (Important): Monitor stock levels of PM (Tins, Cartons, Laminates).

4.Coordinate with vendors to "call-off" material and ensure zero stock-outs.

5. Quality &Hygiene: Enforce strict quality checks (leakage testing, weight accuracy) and maintain hygiene standards on the shop floor.

6.Dispatch Management: Supervise the loading/dispatch section to ensure vehicles are loaded correctly and on time.

7.Team Leadership: Train operators and casual labor; handle shift rostering and discipline.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Technical Knowledge: Must experience with Pouch Packing Machines, Bottling lines and Tin Filling lines.

• Industry: Prior experience in Edible Oil, Ghee, or Dairy industries is highly preferred.

• Personality: A "Task-Master" who can handle labor and get work done under pressure.

• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical or Production.
