We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Production, Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Ensure timely production, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead plant teams and develop operational strategies.
• Monitor KPIs, improve processes, and achieve business targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, ERP, and Manufacturing Excellence.
