Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all maritime functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, service, logistics, and technical departments.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and process efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership for strategic planning.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 12+ years of experience in marine engineering, ship operations, marine services, or maritime manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of maritime compliance, documentation, and operational workflows.
• Proven track record of leading large teams and managing senior-level responsibilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management (MBA preferred)
