Excellent Opportunity for National Sales Manager Position  in leading Electrical Hardware  based company for Delhi Location..


Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic NSM to lead and expand our business across the

designated areas. The role involves driving revenue growth, strengthening distribution networks,

managing large sales teams, and increasing brand penetration in assigned markets.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve national sales targets

Lead, mentor, and manage all the regional sales managers

Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributors, dealers, and channel partners

Drive market expansion, brand visibility, and new product launches

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies

Ensure collections, credit control, and outstanding management

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and senior management

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management


Required Experience & Skills


Minimum 15–25 years of relevant sales experience in any industry

Proven experience in handling markets

Strong exposure to wires, cables, switches, switchgears, fans, or similar products

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and team management skills

Strong understanding of distribution-driven sales models

Ability to drive growth in competitive markets


Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)

Strong network with dealers, distributors, and influencers

Result-oriented with strategic thinking ability

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
