About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned National Sales Head to drive pan-India sales strategy, lead high-performing teams, and accelerate business growth in the machinery manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and scale national sales operations across regions
• Define and execute sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Manage key accounts, OEMs, EPCs & large industrial clients
• Expand dealer/distributor network across India
• Drive order book, revenue, and market share growth
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management & sales analytics
• Collaborate with marketing, service & product teams

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in machinery / industrial equipment sales
• Proven track record in leading pan-India sales teams
• Strong exposure to B2B / institutional sales
• Excellent leadership, negotiation & strategic planning skills
• MBA / Engineering preferred
