About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Project Director to lead large-scale Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects while ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale MEP projects.
• Oversee Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Review project designs, technical documentation, and commercial aspects.
• Lead project meetings, stakeholder communication, and client relationship management.
• Mentor project managers and engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 18–25 years of experience in MEP project management within EPC, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience managing large commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of international MEP standards, project controls, and contract management.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage.
