We are hiring for one of our esteemed Clients who is into Architecture & Interior Design Consultant  for the below mentioned profile.

Designation: Luxury FF&E Estimator

Location:Remote

Experience: 5 yrs

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong technical knowledge of luxury furniture, materials, finishes, and FF&E procurement who can deliver accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed FF&E cost estimates for luxury villas, hotels, resorts, serviced residences, and high-end commercial projects.

* Review architectural drawings, interior design packages, specifications, BOQs, and FF&E schedules.

* Prepare detailed quantity take-oƯs and pricing breakdowns.

* Estimate costs for loose furniture, custom-made furniture, upholstery, decorative lighting, accessories, and other FF&E items.

* Source and evaluate quotations from international furniture manufacturers and suppliers.

* Analyze materials, finishes, production methods, and manufacturing costs.

* Prepare detailed cost comparisons and value-engineering proposals.

* Identify suitable alternative products and suppliers while maintaining design intent and quality standards.

* Calculate landed costs, including manufacturing, freight, customs duties, and logistics.

* Coordinate with the procurement, design, and sales teams to prepare competitive

commercial proposals.

* Maintain accurate pricing databases, supplier records, and estimation documentation.

* Support tender submissions and project budgeting.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in FF&E estimation, preferably in luxury

residential and five-star hospitality projects.

* Strong knowledge of luxury furniture manufacturing, materials, finishes, upholstery,

joinery, and custom furniture production.

* Proven experience in preparing detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and supplier comparison sheets.

* Experience working with international furniture manufacturers and suppliers.

* Ability to interpret interior design drawings, technical specifications, and furniture

schedules.

* Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to review technical drawings.

* Strong analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Highly organized, accurate, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

Previous experience with luxury FF&E procurement companies, furniture manufacturers, or hospitality fit-out contractors is highly desirable.
