We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who are into Nasal & sinus care  manufacturing for the below mentioned profiles.

  • Designation- Key accounts Manager

  • Location: White Field , Banglore

  • Experience: 5 to 7 yrs

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead and develop our healthcare channel. You will manage relationships with key pharmacy groups, wholesalers, and retail chains, driving sustainable growth while ensuring strong in-store execution and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with pharmacy chains, buying groups, and wholesalers

  • Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer and company objectives

  • Drive sales, distribution, and visibility across the pharmacy channel

  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, and trade terms

  • Ensure optimal product assortment, shelf placement, and in-store activation

  • Collaborate with marketing on category development and pharmacy-specific campaigns

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments

  • Ensure all activities comply with local healthcare regulations and company policies

  • Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights to optimize growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in key account management within pharma, OTC, or healthcare retail

  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy landscape (chains, wholesalers)

  • Proven track record of delivering growth in a retail environment

  • Experience working with pharmacy groups and/or distributors is highly preferred

  • Ability to build trust with both commercial and healthcare stakeholders

  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen

  • High level of integrity and compliance awareness
