Role Overview
We are seeking a conscientious, driven, and knowledgeable Paper & Board Sales Professional to join our high-performing Business Development team as Key Account Manager, primarily focusing on India.
Educational Qualification
· MBA from a reputed college/university.
Experience
· 10–15 years of professional experience.
· Prior experience with global companies (preferred).
Industry Knowledge
· Strong understanding of paper and paperboard products, including grades, specifications, and applications.
Skills & Competencies
· Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage large-volume orders, pricing strategies, and shipment planning.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Language Requirements
· Hindi (mandatory).
· English (professional proficiency).
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and grow key accounts in the India region.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
· Coordinate with global suppliers and internal teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.

· Strong networking skills within the paper industry.
· Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
· Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
