Hiring: IT Director – Manufacturing | India

We are hiring an experienced IT Director for a leading manufacturing organization in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage ERP systems (SAP preferred) and ensure smooth business operations across manufacturing plants.
• Oversee data centers, cloud infrastructure, networks, servers, and IT security.
• Drive Industry 4.0, automation, IoT, and smart manufacturing initiatives.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, software licensing, and technology procurement.
• Ensure business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams across multiple locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• 15–20+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, networking, virtualization, and data management.
• Experience in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, MES, IoT, and plant automation.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
