About the Role: 

We are looking for Inventory Manager to lead & manage the end-to-end Inventory & Logistics operations of our organization. Responsible for inventory control, warehousing, and logistics ..

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Maintain accurate inventory records at warehouses 

2. Implement inventory control techniques such as FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out). 

3. Minimize stock-out situations and excess inventory by effective planning. 

4. Plan and execute timely distribution of materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to outlets and production units. 

5. Develop supply chain strategies to support seasonal peaks, new product launches, and expansion plans. 

6. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Production teams to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly. 

7. Prepare and submit regular MIS reports on procurement status, inventory health, vendor performance, and supply chain cost metrics. 

8. Own end-to-end inventory management across warehouses, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing stockouts and overstocking. 

9. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely stock replenishment. 

10. Verify received goods against purchase orders and invoices for quantity, quality, and pricing. 

11. Coordinate with Store Managers and the central procurement team to ensure uninterrupted café operations. 

12. Monitor stock consumption against sales and operational requirements. 

13. Follow up on pending deliveries, shortages, and discrepancies. 

14. Reconcile physical stock with POS/ERP or inventory management system records. 

15. Train outlet teams on inventory procedures and stock-handling practices. 

What We’re Looking for: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and drive decisions. 

• Strong understanding of inventory control practices, planogram execution, and outbound warehouse operations. 

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred). 

• Knowledge of Retail enterprise platforms (ERP like Oracle, SAP, POS systems, OMS platforms like Sterling Commerce, Hybris etc. Merchandizing & Financial Planning, Assortment planning tools, Planograming tools, Inventory management tools) is a big plus 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

• Timely availability of stock across all outlets. 

• Adherence to approved procurement procedures and inventory budgets. 

• Accuracy of purchase records and inventory reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Graduate in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Planning, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in retail outlets, E-Commerce, Q-Commerce, or the F&B industry. 

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management software. • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. 

• High attention to detail, honesty, accountability, and time management.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple outlets and work in a fast-paced environment.
