Greetings for the day!!

We are hiring for one of our esteemed Client who is based in West African country in the power sector field for the below mentioned position.

  • Designation:  International Business Development ( Sr Manager/ AGM)

  • Location: Gurgaon or Mumbai

  • Experience: 12 to 20 yrs

  • Position: Permanent 

  • Qualification: B.Tech (Electrical)/ B.E (Electrical) Or M-Tech/ (Power/Electrical) &  MBA/ PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

 

Business Development &a Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets for Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects, including EPC contracts for substations, transmission lines, and power infrastructure.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partners in target regions.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company’s presence in international power markets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government utilities, power transmission companies, EPC clients, consultants, and international agencies.

  • Engage with key stakeholders, project developers, and funding agency,business meetings, conferences, and industry forums.

Commercial Negotiation & Contract Finalization

  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with clients and partners to secure Contracts.

  • Support the management in finalizing project terms, pricing strategies, and contract conditions

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor global energy sector trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor Activities.

  • Provide strategic inputs to leadership for expansion into new geographies and sectors within the power industry.

Revenue & Target Achievement

  • Drive the achievement of international business development targets in alignment with the company's growth strategy.

  • Maintain and report business development pipeline, opportunity tracking, and conversion status to senior management.

Desired profile of the candidate:

  • Good understanding of International Market and Techno Commercial requirements.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills (Verbal English / French).

  •  Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
