About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead the Human Resources function for a leading manufacturing organisation. The ideal candidate will bring deep HR expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing HR operations within a manufacturing setup. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, Employee Relations, and Compliance
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Drive workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations relevant to the manufacturing sector
• Build and maintain a strong organisational culture with high employee engagement
• Lead HR digital transformation and process improvements
• Manage HR policies, compensation & benefits, and employee welfare programs
• Partner with leadership teams to support growth and operational efficiency
Required Experience & Skills:
• 15–20 years of experience in HR within the manufacturing industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, factory act, IR, and compliance
• Proven experience in handling multi-plant HR operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Education:
• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute
