Experience: 2+ years

Position: Permanent

Education:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Department: Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The role involves assisting in recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.

• Carrying out recruitment & completing the onboarding process of employees

• Maintenance of employee records and documentation

• Maintenance of employee records and documentation

• Coordinate with the consultant and ensure timely HR compliances.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• A minimum of 2 years working experience is required.

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and HR software.

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

• Fluent in English

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
