Hiring: Head of Intelligent Automation – IT Services Industry

Experience: 15+ years (10+ years in Intelligent Automation)
Industry: Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the Intelligent Automation CoE and define strategy.
• Drive automation roadmap using RPA, Chatbots, AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, ECM, etc.
• Manage P&L, delivery quality, timelines, and escalations.
• Architect end-to-end automation solutions and support pre-sales (RFP/RFI, PoCs, proposals).
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing automation teams.
• Partner with L&D for training and certification programs.
• Manage technology partnerships (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, OpenText, MS Power Platform).
• Drive innovation and adoption of new-age automation technologies.

Requirements:

• 15+ years in IT services/consulting; 10+ years in Intelligent Automation.
• Hands-on with RPA tools (UiPath, AA), AI/ML, OCR/IDP, low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong experience leading Automation CoEs and large teams.
• Excellent client engagement, solutioning, and project leadership skills.
• Certifications in automation tools preferred.
