Job Title: General Manager – Sales

About the Company

Our client is a well-established retail organization in Dubai with a strong presence across multiple categories and channels. As part of their growth and expansion strategy, they are seeking a seasoned GM – Sales to lead revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business goals
• Drive top-line growth across retail channels (offline, modern trade, distributors, key accounts)
• Lead and scale high-performing sales teams across regions
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
• Own sales forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
• Build strong relationships with key clients, landlords, and strategic partners

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in retail sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record in driving large-scale retail revenue growth
• Strong exposure to Middle East / GCC retail markets (preferred)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience handling multi-city or multi-country operations is a plus
