Hiring for Operations Director

CTC: Up to ₹1 Crore (CTC)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Director to lead end-to-end manufacturing and plant operations for a medical equipment manufacturing company. The role will be responsible for operational excellence, compliance, cost optimization, and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complete plant and manufacturing operations including production, quality, SCM, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, CE, GMP, and other regulatory standards
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvement, and cost optimization
• Oversee capacity planning, demand forecasting, and resource optimization
• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead senior plant leadership teams and develop future-ready operations talent
• Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Ensure adherence to safety, EHS, and statutory requirements

Candidate Profile:

• 18–25 years of experience in medical device / medical equipment manufacturing
• Strong exposure to regulated manufacturing environments
• Proven experience heading large manufacturing operations / multiple plants
• Deep understanding of quality systems, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills

Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Biomedical)
• MBA / PGDM in Operations preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC up to ₹1 Crore, depending on experience
