Role Overview:
Lead marketing, brand growth, and market expansion for food products across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Europe-focused marketing and brand strategies
• Drive product launches, GTM plans, and country-specific campaigns
• Build partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
• Manage digital marketing, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
• Ensure compliance with EU food regulations and packaging norms
• Lead marketing budgets, ROI, and performance reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Legal, and R&D teams

Requirements:

• MBA preferred
• Strong experience in Food/FMCG marketing
• Proven exposure to European markets
• Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and market expansion
• Strong communication and leadership skills
