Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director – Operations to lead and optimize end-to-end manufacturing operations for a semiconductor manufacturing company. The role will focus on operational excellence, scale-up, cost efficiency, and adherence to global quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall fab/manufacturing operations including production, planning, and process optimization
• Drive operational excellence, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
• Ensure adherence to quality, EHS, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and best-in-class operational practices
• Manage vendor performance and critical supply chain relationships

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing operations
• Proven leadership experience in fab operations, assembly, test, or advanced manufacturing
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, equipment, and production metrics
• Experience in scaling operations and managing large technical teams
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Education

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• MBA or advanced management qualification preferred

Compensation

• CTC: Up to ₹55 LPA (based on experience and fit)
