Role Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and creative Director – Social Media to lead large-scale social media strategy, brand storytelling, and performance-driven campaigns for top clients in the advertising space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead end-to-end social media strategy across platforms
• Drive brand positioning, content direction, and digital storytelling
• Lead and mentor social media, content, and community teams
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and client-servicing teams
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI
• Stay ahead of social media trends, platforms, and innovations

Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years of experience in social media / digital marketing within the advertising industry
• Proven leadership in managing large teams and marquee clients
• Strong strategic thinking with creative execution skills
• Experience working with agencies and high-growth brands

Compensation:
💼 Up to 45 LPA, commensurate with experience
