About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Head – Operations for a leading Food & Beverage brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end business operations, ensure profitability, drive strategic initiatives, and lead large cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operations for the F&B business across the UAE.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, P&L management, and performance metrics.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to expand market presence and enhance brand performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12–18 years of experience in F&B operations, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and multi-outlet business.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC region preferred.
