We are looking for an experienced Head – Quality Control to lead the quality function for a reputed manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall Quality Control function.
• Develop and implement quality standards, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and applicable quality standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and eliminate quality issues.
• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement.
• Manage internal and external quality audits.
• Establish and monitor quality KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, R&D, and other departments to improve product quality.
• Lead and mentor the quality team.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection processes, and manufacturing quality standards.
• Experience in handling audits, customer complaints, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing a quality team is essential.
