We are looking for a senior manufacturing leader to oversee multiple factories and subcontracting units across North India, driving operational excellence, business performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take complete ownership of P&L, production volume delivery and overall manufacturing performance.
• Oversee multiple factory heads and subcontracting unit heads across North India.
• Drive production planning, capacity utilization and on-time delivery.
• Ensure quality standards, cost efficiency and operational excellence.
• Ensure statutory, legal and regulatory compliance across manufacturing facilities.
• Manage employee relations, welfare, health and safety.
• Coordinate with government authorities and key external stakeholders.
• Drive manufacturing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• 17–21 years of experience in assembly and manufacturing operations.
• Currently working in a senior leadership position such as Factory Head, Plant Head or Multi-Plant Head.
• Strong experience in managing multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise in capacity planning, production, delivery and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and drive business performance.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to: India Head – Manufacturing.

Compensation: No bar for the right candidate.
