Role Overview

The Head of Operations will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational activities including manufacturing, supply chain, service delivery, quality, and process optimization for a high-tech industrial equipment manufacturing organization. The role focuses on operational efficiency, scalability, and delivery excellence while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Lead overall manufacturing and operational strategy across India operations
✔ Manage production planning, supply chain, logistics, and service operations
✔ Drive operational excellence, productivity improvement, and cost optimization
✔ Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance
✔ Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Oversee installation, commissioning, and after-sales service operations
✔ Coordinate with engineering, sales, and global teams for project execution
✔ Monitor KPIs related to delivery timelines, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
✔ Develop vendor and supplier ecosystem
✔ Build and lead high-performance operations teams

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
✔ MBA or Operations Management qualification preferred
✔ 15–20+ years of experience in industrial equipment or high-tech manufacturing
✔ Proven leadership experience managing large operations teams
