Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary AI Head to define and lead the organization’s AI strategy and global delivery. This leadership role will drive enterprise AI transformation, oversee large-scale AI programs, and build high-performing teams to design, deploy, and govern advanced AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise AI vision and roadmap
• Lead global teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and ML Ops specialists
• Drive development of intelligent systems, agent-based AI, and automation frameworks
• Oversee enterprise deployment of AI solutions and ensure scalability & performance
• Establish ML Ops / AI Ops frameworks and lifecycle governance
• Implement responsible AI practices including explainability, bias mitigation, and compliance
• Partner with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business strategy
• Build innovation capabilities and identify new AI-driven revenue opportunities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• 15+ years in technology/AI roles with significant leadership experience
• Proven experience leading enterprise AI transformation initiatives
• Strong expertise in LLMs, intelligent automation, and large-scale AI deployments
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native AI architecture (GCP/AWS/Azure)
• Demonstrated success managing global teams and multi-region programs
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks
• Exposure to AI governance, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI frameworks
• Industry certifications in cloud, AI, or enterprise architecture
• Experience building AI Centers of Excellence (CoE)
