Hiring: Head -HR- Packaging Material Manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities

Ensure legal and statutory compliance across multiple units and jurisdictions.

Build talent pipelines to support diversification, scale-up, and eventual IPO-readiness.

Lead employee engagement, grievance redressal, and internal communication initiatives. Design and implement a scalable HR strategy aligned with the company’s vision for exponential growth.

Lead all aspects of HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, training, and compliance.

Strengthen plant HR systems across manufacturing units (attendance, IR, shift policies, welfare, etc.).

Partner with leadership for organizational structuring, succession planning, and leadership development.

Drive cultural transformation to support agility, innovation, and high performance.

Oversee HR digitization through HRMS, analytics, and workflow automation.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred (not mandatory if offset by relevant sector experience).
