A leading organization in the textile industry is looking for an experienced professional for the role of Head – Looms & Weaving Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead weaving technology and loom operations across manufacturing units
• Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of weaving machinery
• Drive productivity improvement, process optimization, and quality enhancement
• Manage modern weaving technologies including airjet, rapier, and jacquard looms
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and technical teams
• Ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine efficiency
• Support automation and technology upgradation initiatives
• Train and mentor technical and production teams

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong experience in weaving technology and textile machinery
• Expertise in loom operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Experience with modern weaving machines and automation systems
• Good understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
