Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Head – Electrical to lead and manage all electrical functions within the fire protection domain. This role will be responsible for overseeing design, execution, and integration of electrical systems for fire safety across projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and execution of electrical systems for fire protection, including fire alarm, detection, and emergency systems
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, NBC, and relevant electrical/fire safety standards
• Oversee full project lifecycle from design to commissioning
• Review electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with fire protection systems
• Manage cross-functional teams across engineering and project execution
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Drive project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies

Requirements:

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 12–20 years of experience in Electrical Engineering
• Strong experience in fire protection / fire safety systems
• Proven leadership in infrastructure or industrial projects

Skills:

• Expertise in fire alarm, detection, and emergency electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of NFPA, NBC, IEC standards
• Leadership and stakeholder management
