A leading chemical manufacturing group is looking for an experienced Group Business Head to provide strategic and operational leadership across its business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy, growth and profitability of the group.
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion and new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute long-term business and expansion plans.
• Oversee manufacturing, sales, marketing, commercial and operational functions.
• Drive P&L management and overall financial performance.
• Identify new markets, products, partnerships and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Lead organizational transformation, process improvement and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor senior leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, safety and environmental requirements.
• Work closely with the Board/Promoters on business strategy and major strategic decisions.
• Represent the organization with customers, industry bodies, investors and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

• 18–25+ years of leadership experience in the chemical manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in handling a large business/BU with end-to-end P&L responsibility.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, sales, commercial and business operations.
• Experience in driving business growth, expansion and market development.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Experience working directly with promoters/Board/Senior Management.
• Engineering, Chemical Engineering, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Candidates currently working as Business Head, Group Business Head, CEO, COO, President or equivalent senior leadership roles are preferred.
