About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee and drive logistics operations across Asia and Europe. The Global Logistics Head will be responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality operations, while optimizing global supply chain performance in the maritime industry. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across Asia and Europe, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize global supply chain and maritime operations.
• Oversee operational performance, establish key metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, shipping, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to ensure service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive innovation and technology adoption in logistics and supply chain processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime, or related fields.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or maritime operations.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-regional operations.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs, and maritime industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver measurable business impact.
