We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who are into printed packaging materials  manufacturing for the below mentioned profiles.

• Designation: Factory Manager

• Location: Sanand Ahmedabad

• Experience: 15+yrs

• Education: Bachelor or Master  Degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Industry:Monopackaging industry 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall factory operations with a strong focus on production planning and execution.

• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, and wastage control.

• Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams.

• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and statutory regulations.

• Analyze production reports and prepare MIS for management review.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Printing Technology,

• 15 years of experience in the Mono Packaging/Mono Carton manufacturing industry.

• Strong expertise in production management and factory operations.

• Sound knowledge of printing, lamination, die-cutting, folder-gluer, and finishing processes.

• Proven experience in manpower management and team leadership.

• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.

• Good understanding of quality systems, safety practices, and cost optimization.
