Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead overall business operations, drive sustainable growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen market presence for a manufacturing organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive manufacturing industry knowledge, and a proven track record in business strategy, profitability, operational excellence, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve organizational growth and profitability.
• Oversee manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, supply chain, and business performance.
• Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, productivity, and process improvements.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, revenue growth, and resource allocation.
• Lead senior management teams and build a high-performance organizational culture.
• Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Report business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth plans to the Board of Directors.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience, including substantial leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, quality systems, and financial management.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage business transformation, and drive profitability.
• Excellent strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
