Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Jr. Technical Sales Engineer with 1 to 3
years of experience to drive the growth of our industrial equipment portfolio. While
experience in the wastewater sector is a strong advantage, we welcome high-performing
technical sales professionals from allied engineering industries who possess a quick
learning curve.
The successful candidate will be based out of Gurgaon/ Delhi/ Noida and will assume
responsibility under an Assistant Manager for managing and expanding our business
footprint across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana.
Key Responsibilities

Regional Business Growth: Own and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed
revenue targets across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh and Haryana.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, prospect, and qualify new

business opportunities across industrial, municipal, or commercial sectors.

Technical Consultation: Conduct technical presentations, understand client
process requirements, and propose the right equipment configurations and
solutions.

Key Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing
clients, consultants, OEMs, and contractors in the region.

Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare detailed techno-commercial proposals,
handle negotiations, and navigate technical specifications or government/private
Tenders.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activity, regional market trends, and
feedback to internal product/engineering teams.
Position Requirements
-
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil
Engineering (or equivalent technical diploma).

Experience: 1-3 years of proven track record in industrial B2B equipment sales or
industrial project sales.

Domain Knowledge: Experience in the Wastewater / Water Treatment sector is
highly preferred but not mandatory. Experience with pumps, valves, piping, or
process equipment is highly valued.

Regional Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.

Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across DL, HR, UP for client meetings, site
visits, and market development (up to 50–60% travel).

Vehicle: Must have your own two-wheeler/ four-wheeler to make traveling and
visiting customers more efficient.
