Lead International Tender Compliance for Environment, Social, Health & Safety (ESHS) across African regions, ensuring alignment with global standards and client requirements.

Develop and implement ESMP, ESMS, HSE Plans, Biodiversity Management Plans, Cultural Heritage Management Plans, and Chance-Find Procedures for international transmission line projects.

Conduct ESG data analysis for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions for the Transmission Line International Division, contributing to corporate sustainability metrics and reporting.

Serve as Coordinator for ESHS across multiple international transmission line projects, ensuring timely reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance monitoring.

Contribute to the Organization’s ESG Reporting (BRSR) as part of the core sustainability team, aligning disclosures with regulatory frameworks.

Design and circulate monthly Environment & Health Safety (EHS) awareness programs and conduct weekly ESHS webinars to strengthen organizational culture and capacity building.

Drive ESG-focused initiatives at international sites, including solar installations, water conservation programs, and local sustainability activities.

Develop, implement, and oversee plans to identify, mitigate, and manage environmental risks at project sites

Manage on-site Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) functions, ensuring compliance with ESMP, HSE plans, and client ESHS requirements.

Implement environmental controls related to waste management, dust suppression, water conservation, biodiversity protection, and pollution prevention.

Lead health and safety operations including inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and incident management.

Act as the primary ESHS interface with clients and consultants, supporting audits, inspections, and COD approval.

Coordinate stakeholder engagement with local authorities, workforce, and community representatives.

Prepare and submitted EHS performance reports and ensured timely closure of audit observations.
