We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients who is in Railway Power Electronics technology company for the below mentioned position.

Designation: Sr.Engineer/Engineer-R &D

Location:Jasola, New Delhi.

Experience: 3+yrs

Position: Permanent

Education:Ph.D. or M.Tech. with specialization in Power Electronics.

• Exceptional B.Tech graduates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience may also apply.

Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in the design, simulation, and development of: o Power Factor Correction (PFC) converters

o DC-DC converters

o Inverters (medium and high-power applications)

• Hands-on experience with power semiconductor devices, including: o IGBTs

o Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFETs/devices

• Strong knowledge of power electronics simulation and design tools.

• Experience in embedded system design and control implementation using:

o DSPs (Digital Signal Processors)

o Real-time control systems

• Familiarity with product development processes, testing, validation, and

industrialization of power electronic products.

Preferred Experience

• Development of products for:

o Railway signaling and telecom applications o Railway power supply systems

o High-reliability industrial power systems

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop next-generation power electronic products.

• Perform circuit simulation, hardware design, prototyping, and testing.

• Develop embedded control algorithms and firmware.

• Support product qualification, certification, and field deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to commercialization.
